Dan Ilic - Mac

Dan Ilic is an Australian comedian, writer, performer, actor, broadcaster, and filmmaker. He is best known for his work on the sketch comedy TV show "The Ronnie Johns Half Hour", and writing and performing in "Beaconsfield: The Musical". Dan is also a reporter/presenter on the TV shows "Hungry Beast" and "Can of Worms".

Stephen Vagg - Writer

 

Stephen Vagg's previous plays include "Trivia", "Tom and Nicole and Russell and Friends", "Rebel Tour" and the Awgie-nominated "Friday Night Drinks". For the past four years he has worked as a writer and script editor on the popular TV series "Home and Away". He has also written the feature films "All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane" (2007) and "Jucy" (2011) and episodes of "Neighbours" and "Out of the Blue" as well as working as a researcher on "Howzat: The Kerry Packer Cricket War", "The Great Outdoors" and "McLeod's Daughters". He is the writer of the biography "Rod Taylor: An Aussie in Hollywood", the film rights to which have recently been optioned.

 

Shane Addison - Stage Manager

Recently completing a Bachelor of Arts – Communications (Theatre/Media) from Bathurst Charles Sturt University, Shane Addison has spent the past year heavily involved behind the scenes of numerous theatre shows & events across Australia. Working alongside companies such as The Colour Blind Project, Adelaide’s Centre for International Theatre and Circus Oz, Shane has eagerly pursued knowledge in all aspects of theatre production and event management in the hopes of being a versatile and independent practitioner. Most recently Shane produced Sydney Fringe Festival featured Children’s show Health Havoc – a project where he was also responsible for the Sound Design. Shane loves the thrill of independent theatre and is excited to help share Sidekicks with a Sydney Audience.

Emily Rose Brennan - CB

Emily Rose Brennan is best known for her TV appearances in "Underbelly Razor" (Channel Nine) and "30 Seconds" (Foxtel), and for playing Bianca in "Taming of the Shrew" for Bell Shakespeare. Earlier this year she also appeared in "Tricky Business". On stage she has featured in "Mr Chicken Goes to Paris" (NIDA), "24 Hour Play Generator" (Griffin Theatre), "One for the Ugly Girls" (505 Theater), Lipstick and Hessian (Blue Room) and "As You Like It" (Deckchair Theatre). She is a graduate of NIDA.

 

Louise Alston - Director/ Producer

Louise Alston is director of feature films "All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane" and "Jucy".  She is creator-producer-director of two television series, "The Variety Show at the End of the World" and "Brilliant Lives", both for Foxtel channels. Her award winning short films include "Humidity Rising", "Mavis", "Europe" and "Beige Brown". She has acted in and produced several plays including Stephen Vagg's previous works "Trivia" and "Love Song Dedications". She is currently working with Stephen to develop his play "Friday Night Drinks" for the screen as well as developing her own screenplays.​

 

Lexie Tanner - Graphic Designer

Lexie is a London-based independent designer with a love of colour, kids books and illustration.

When she's not in her studio she can be found swimming, hunting down vintage treasures and drinking green smoothies.
